If you already have planning approval granted for your plot, then we may be interested in offering to purchase the land outright. This is subject to market analysis of the approved development, and the conditions associated with the approval.
If there is currently no planning approval on your plot, yet you think there is opportunity to develop, then this is the option for you. We can offer to manage the planning application process through to a successful conclusion, subject to agreeing a purchase price in advance for your plot, which reflects the value of the fully developed site. A fair way for you to receive the true value of your plot, without the complications of the planning process.
